Today I have Kathy Schmidt from Schmidt Realty and she has a Timeridge a large teameridge out there and you don't know what a

teamerage is because I didn't know what it was it is a mix between a team and what Kathy?

Well, it's a, we're a brokerage like any other brokerage,

but we don't have any independent agents.

So everybody in the brokerage is team

in the true sense of when you think of a real estate team.

So basically we're a team that broke off, went solo, and we have an independent brokerage

for our team and we've nicknamed it a teameridge.

I love that. I love that.

So she has a teameridge and she's making things happen out there and I'm glad to get her on the show so thank you Kathy for coming on. Why don't you just give everybody a little rundown on a couple of things that I may not have mentioned so far so

they could get to know you better.
