0:16.0	It's a little over two years ago in May 2016 at Jason Gayneur's mastermind talks conference and
0:23.2	I remember on the way to the conference
0:26.2	I drove with Tony and we passed this skateboarding park here. He is 48 years old
0:31.4	And he said before he stopped by the hotel to pick me up
0:35.4	He stopped by the skateboarding park and was just skateboarding and all these kids were like are you Tony Hawk and
0:42.8	He of course like yeah, and you're showing them tricks and they were showing him stuff
0:46.2	Here he was 11 times the world champion of skateboarding and he took the time out just in his spare time
0:53.2	He had a few extra moments and he just loved it
0:56.8	He just wanted to play and hang out and talk to these kids and I think that's the real example of peak performance
1:03.6	You have to just love something so much that you not only
1:08.6	Emmerce yourself in it to get better you immerse yourself in it because that's all you want to do
1:14.1	And we had a great time talking on the podcast about what it takes to be a peak performer and then not only that
1:21.3	He couldn't stay at his level forever at the world champion level
1:25.4	But he reinvented himself to become a businessman and he's a powerful
1:30.2	Brand now in the skateboarding industry including you know again over a hundred million dollars with a video games
