In September of 2004, Mary Lou Jones called one of her daughter's friends in Florida

concerned that she'd gone several days without hearing from her daughter, Michelle.

The friend who also hadn't heard from Michelle in days went over to Michelle's house and

discovered a horrific

scene. Michelle and her Aunt Terry had been savagely murdered by Terry's husband, Charlie Brandt.

Charlie then took his own life. An investigation into the life of Charlie Brandt shocked

detectives as they found that this was not the first murder Charlie had committed, and that he could

have been responsible for over 20 vicious graphic murders across the state of Florida.
