Trish Williams was born and raised in Las Vegas. She has background working in commercial construction, interior design as well as interior painting and scenic art. Starting her career in Real Estate in November 2015, she shot up within the ranks of her agency in a short amount of time. In 2015 alone, she received numerous awards for her hard work and perseverance, including: The Tenacity Award, Growth Partner Award, Spirit Award, Various awards for production, and even 2015 Rookie of The Year. Trish has also completed various additional training, including graduating the Mentor Program and receiving the designation of a Certified Negotiations Expert. In 2016, she became a member of the Keller Williams ALC, and began the new year as strong as ever, ranking second in her market center. The biggest testament to her level of success is in that 90% of her business is referral based. 1:03.0	Trish, why don't you tell our audience a little bit about you so they can get to know you better?
1:08.0	Okay, well, I was born and raised here in Las Vegas.
1:11.0	I have an amazing husband for great kids. I'm one of very few
1:16.0	locals here that's actually lived here my whole life. Prior to real estate I was
1:21.6	in commercial construction. I was actually a union painter so I did like specialty finishes and a lot of the casinos downtown on the strip.
1:30.0	2008 I had in my own business doing custom homes same thing specialty finishes and the
1:37.5	market tanked I took a full-time job at Caesar's Palace and I was bored out of my mind. I hated being an hourly employee.
1:46.3	I always wanted to get into real estate, so I just dove into it. I did the real estate school
1:52.2	online during lunch breaks and when I got my
1:56.3	license I was still working there and the company was doing layoffs. I wasn't
2:01.6	like involved in the whole process but I volunteered
2:05.1	because I really just wanted to dive full into real estate and I felt like I could
