Nervous system regulation and a couple of ways that you can support your nervous system

from my own personal experience as someone whose nervous system was very dysregulated

a few months ago after we moved. And if you feel like you

are struggling with, you know, just feeling grounded, rooted, and feeling like your nervous system

things I have done that have personally helped me when I was going through a difficult time.

And I say difficult time, maybe just I did not know about the nervous system and I did not know that my nervous system was dysregulated. So it was confusing because I felt a different type of anxiety. And I would not say I typically struggle with anxiety, don't get me wrong, I have other

things that I struggle with, I am not perfect, but I definitely feel very centered, and this was a

different type of anxiousness that, yeah, it was just, I was confused. I was confused. How about that?

It was a confusing time. Maybe not so much like hard or difficult or whatever. But I started,

this is how crazy my dreams are. I started literally dreaming about ways to regulate my nervous

system. Okay. So that I had seen a

couple of clips on TikTok about your nervous system. Like what is it? What does this mean?

And I literally started dreaming techniques, which I'm actually going to share with you guys,

one of the techniques that I dreamt because I feel like it was my higher self, just trying to help

me out because she's always got my freaking back.
