Hope you guys enjoyed Monday's podcast. I thought it was very interesting. I was hoping that

that some other people would have the same dilemma as he did with you know

letting go of people in low places for high places for kind of an

edgy way to say it but at the end of the day you make so much more on

selling an apartment building or selling $3 million home or a million

home than you do with some of your old fishing buddies that you're not going to

make much money on it. It's important that you know I don't think you should

scrap relationships but

certainly if somebody is a friend and understand you and loves you they're going

to understand you growing you would hope everybody grows right if you're a lawyer you're going to take

the junk cases in the beginning but if you're a partner in a law firm it's highly like you're going to you're going to go to

your buddy's son's traffic ticket or DWI you're gonna you know

send a new guy to that and you're gonna be working on corporate level stuff as you

should be at an older age if you've been practicing law for 30 years.

So I think it's a dilemma that a lot of us have in the business and probably a lot of us don't handle correctly.

So I think Charlie Butler did a good job in taking us through all that.
