0:48.9	Man the holidays I honestly can't believe it's mid January already that seems crazy to me and
0:54.4	2024 I always get in like the holiday blur where I don't know what date is all of that
1:01.0	we a couple years ago we decided to spend Christmas actual Christmas
1:05.5	at a beach and so the last three Christmases we've taken the voice somewhere warm and
1:11.0	bechy and not done traditional like we don't put presents into the tree we just
1:14.7	tell them like you get one thing and this year we're in Costa Rica which I can report I think
1:20.2	best year yet we've been to Mexico and we went to California one year the water was
1:24.8	insane like perfectly warm it was like the vacation of my drinks so far as a mom where I just
1:30.4	sat in the shade like chilling and they played in the like
1:34.8	lapping waves and dug holes in the sand it was awesome and they didn't nap and they
1:41.2	didn't eat very well you, typical Christmas break and so we also dealt with a lot of like chaos in that sense.
1:47.7	But all in all, amazing trip.
1:50.0	We totally recommend that approach to holidays.
1:54.1	Like I'm at this point in my life where I grew up without strong holiday traditions
1:59.2	in the way that I was raised and we live a lifestyle where like we don't need to wait to Christmas to buy something.
2:06.6	And so I'm like I don't want to just buy stuff at Christmas just because I'm supposed to fill
2:12.1	the bottom of the Christmas tree.
2:13.4	So we're trying to teach our boys like Christmas is an experience, not stuff.
