And let's start off with a little bit more news on the Supreme Court opening, or soon to be Supreme Court opening.

We now know who leaked that Breyer was retiring because remember it leaked ahead of time he was not

planning to announce that the day it leaked yeah who was it was uh donald trump no it was wrong

claim i believe yeah prime yeah prime minister clean yeah who is um not good his job, and this is just another item on that list in terms of how bad a poor of a job he's doing it.

He clearly told people that couldn't be trusted to keep it a secret until time when it was going to be announced.

Yeah.

What else do we got here on this?

McConnell, of course, warning the president that this nominee should not be a radical leftist.

Cinema saying that she will not rubber stamp anyone.

It has to be someone that could be trusted, uphold the rule of law.

But Republicans need to have a backbone on this.

Yeah, I don't understand.

And there's been a little bit of weakness, and by a little bit, I mean a lot of bit of weakness on Capitol Hill on this on multiple fronts.

One, no Republican should vote for any liberal Biden justice nominee.

That's just my opinion.

But, you know, that could be debated.

Second, the outright endorsement by people like Lindsay Graham and Mike Rounds of, you know,

oh, I think Biden is a great idea to exclusively base this pick on gender and race.

Yeah, I know.

I mean, what the fuck? Lindsay 2.0 has died.

Yeah. It's died. Yeah.
