And we will start off with the top news, which of course is the soon-to-be open seat on the Supreme Court.

Not entirely unexpected, as we knew that Stephen Breyer would want to be replaced by a liberal. So, you know,

that is what it is. Luckily, it's not going to change the balance of the court. What I found

most interesting about yesterday was that apparently they weren't planning. He wasn't planning

to announce it yet, but the White House leaked it in a politically motivated manner because they needed something.

Something to distract the press.

Yeah, they needed something to change the news cycle.

Yeah.

So that's what that is.

The real issue that I have here, well, there's two. So first is he has pledged to

nominate a black woman. Yeah, we're back to the we need a black game here. So let's listen to

this clip. Yeah. I committed that if I'm elected president have an opportunity to appoint someone to the courts,

I'll appoint the first black woman to the courts.

And can you just imagine, right, for example, if President Trump had said, you know what,

I'm going to nominate a white guy because that's what we need.

Can you imagine the fucking meltdown that would have occurred from that, right? I mean, here we're back to the whole diversity quota game again. Yeah, the bean counting. And, you know... It didn't turn out to... Let me tell you. You know, we're back to this silly game again here. mean like he he boxed himself in with his
