Across the world real estate agents are underachieving they're missing out all millions of dollars in commissions

Courtney welcome the Pat Hybin interviews real estate rock stars.

It's an honor to be here Pat, a big fan of your show man and I was thrilled to hear that we'd be chatting today.

Well, thanks for coming on.

Why don't you give our audience a little bio

on you, Courtney, so they can get to know you better?

Sure, man.

I'm from a small town of New Brunswick,

so that's not too far north of Maine and town of about

seventeen hundred people and I migrated to Alberta back around two thousand so I'm not from

here my parents are school teachers so I didn't grow up in the business.

I worked for a large institution, a university here for, I don't know, a better part of a decade and then decided to start working for myself.

So our real estate is an opportunity to get out and put some hands together with people

and have some fun and I've been doing that since 2008 and it's been a lot of fun man.

Wow, wow. Okay so tell us like where you are now like how many houses did you sell last year?

Yeah you bet Pat we were just shy of 200 man you know I was really open to break that 200 mark

we were just over 190 year. I got a team,

me and two buyers agents, a couple of admin assistants helping us out.
