For me, I'm a doer. I like to get up in a morning and just get going and I'll do way more when I'm in a winter season,

when I feel anxious, when things aren't going to plan, my solution is like, well, if I do more,

if I just keep busy, I'll get through it.

And I think the gas lighting myself

would come from telling myself that I was feeling fine

when I actually wasn't. And the thing that helped me the most was protecting my peace beyond anything else. This is legit guys. We've never had this before. I haven't. I had it yesterday for the first time and I was like I'm a real podcaster now.
