And today was a very bad day for the Biden administration. Yes. And a great day for the American people.

there's no sugarcoat in that. But at least today, we have some good news to talk about. So,

of course, I'm sure you've all heard by now, the Supreme Court crushed the Biden vaccine

mandate for private businesses. The ruling was six to three. It was very nice to see the

conservatives finally get on one side of something. And that was for the private businesses with

more than 100 employees, the OSHA mandate as it became to be known. We're going to talk more

on that in a second. First, the disappointing part of it was that the ruling on vaccine requirements

for health care workers was 5'4 to hold onto that.

Of course, Roberts sided with the liberals.

There's a shock.

But disappointingly, Brett Kavanaugh did as well.

That's a little bit more understandable because the government does have a huge role in health care,

disappointingly, but they do because of the whole Medicare-Medicaid system.

Yeah.

But, of course, Clarence Thomas, who is tremendous, and Alito, who is also tremendous,

they dissented on this, Thomas writing

basically that if Congress had wanted to grant CMS, which is the Medicare management agency,

the authority to impose this, they would have said so clearly, and they did not.

So there's negatives on that.
