and founder of microgreens consulting. I love Jonah's story of how he got started. His

passion for gardening began as an early teen growing cherry tomato plants and his family's

Toronto backyard garden. His love of gardening continued to grow in after completing his college

studies with a business degree. He joined the corporate world briefly, but feeling like

a fish out of water, Jonah left the corporate world, volunteered at a local microgreens farm,

and that ignited his passion for farming. In 2013, Jonah took a leap of faith and launched

his own microgreens business right out of his parents' modest 150 square foot spare bedroom.

And little did he know at the time, but this humble beginning would grow into a 5,000 square

foot plus facility known today as living earth farm, one of Canada's premier organic

micro farm growers. Today, Jonah spends most of his time teaching and consulting with microgreens

farmers all over the world through his company, microgreens consulting. And as you're about
