All right, everybody. We are diving into our first Cabral concept of the week, our motivation and mindset Monday, and a really important show. I was actually talking about this with a private

client last week, and I knew I needed to go in depth this week on the show.

So basically, I was sharing with this client, listen, what you consider moderation is greatly

Now, I don't want to give away too much about their specific case study, but I'm going to

give you about a half a dozen different examples today that may be harming you in your

relationships, your spirituality, your relationships, your spirituality,

Because we've been taught to believe this lie that moderation is okay.

So I'm going to give you some examples in just a second, but moderation is not okay if it's

harming your body, right?

So the first example, this this will be a lot,

make a lot more sense when I, when I give you the blueprint of what this is. Think about

this. If someone has celiac disease, anytime they have wheat with gluten in it, right, because

wheat contains gluten and gladean, when they eat that, they have an inflammatory reaction,

not a regular inflammatory reaction to gluten, but an autoimmune, strong, violent, inflammatory

reaction from their immune cells going in and essentially moving through the gut wall,

creating massive amounts of inflammation that leads to pain, sometimes loose stool or cramping, and then leads to systemic inflammation.
