Across the world real estate agents are underachieving they're missing out all millions of dollars in commissions

Just spent five glorious days with Jeff Cohn and Omaha's elite team.

Man, he's really got something here. He's got to figure it out, man. We basically

discuss the three types of teams, just to give you a little brief rundown on this, there's three types of teams.

There's a community team, which is basically a team of, you know, a bunch of agents

that get together and share expenses.

So they're really not a true team.

They're like a bunch of individuals that happen to be together

and share expenses.

That would be what he calls a community team.

Then he calls something else, a rock star team. else a rock star team and a rock star team not to take off of my

podcast name rock star but a rock star team is basically an agent who's in production, right, who's listing houses, may be working with buyers, may not be working with buyers.

But a good portion of the commission income is them and also has other agents.

That would be the rock star model.

And then the third model is the CEO model, which is basically where the agent is just the CEO,

and doesn't do production at all.

And I think that most teams fall under the Rockstar category.

Definitely, I would say I would have to guess 85% of teams fall on the Rockstar.

I've seen very few teams that actually fall under the community one maybe some

brokerages that open up I know there's one in Frederick Maryland called team
