Hello and welcome to Regular Features, the podcast that's exactly the same every single week.

Like every week, my name is Gav Murphy.

And later, I will be joined by Jonathan, Log, Blythe, and Lonely Daddy Champion, who stops by, like he does every week, to just have a little chat with us about how he's feeling.

Usually, what happens here is we have a little bit of a chat, warm each other up, but I'm by myself

and plenty warm, I'll have you know, sitting in my nice little room by myself, whilst all of my

other regular features friends are off doing funny things, better than that um steve if you can believe it has made it

all the way to japan by himself um he's gone out there looking around japan uh he sent

a video of him chopping something something in half i don't know what it was. It was a big sword dough he was doing it with.

Good for him.

He's visiting longtime friend of the show, Rich,

who's just had a new baby.

So that's what Steve's up to,

that he can't bloody get it together and record.

I do I seem to remember when I went to Japan, I was bloody Skyping in to make sure that there

was a feature for me. That's fine. That's good. I'm sure you'll bring us back something fun.

Hopefully, sex eggs, because we've run out. And the one one I've got I've been giving it a good

old swill and it's not good it's in a bit of a state it's perished it's perished

big time actually I thought we would get things started with Log because that boy likes to do features.
