And if you do that, you're certain to make money in the long run. So that's kind of what we talk about on this show and what are we talking about this week?

Yeah, well we've been talking about real estate for the last two episodes I think and generally we've been talking about investments not in the stock market for the last few weeks

Well yeah we kind of got into that because a couple of years ago Warren Buffett wrote in one of his annual reports about investing in a farm and investing in a piece of real estate in New York City as really great models for what good stock investing should be all about.

And I think that that's really a valuable insight because probably you know the majority of people who are

thinking about investing are not particularly intimidated by investing in

real estate you know I mean people buy homes people buy apartments and and real estate is a very

common way for people to invest and there are programs on the air called

Flip that house and you know I was just exactly everybody I think it's I think it's the least intimidating form of investing

because it's something it's something you can see it's something you can touch

it's something probably in your community you probably have a sense of the market and and you can

actually see what you're buying which is not true of stocks.

Well it's kind of not true I I guess I guess you'd say that.
