You remember TJ from episode 4 where we talked about conscious recovery.

But today, TJ is here to discuss his most recently published book, Conscious Creation.

This is a five step process of creating the life of your dreams.

And I think that this is a much more powerful and effective process than your typical manifestation

or live attraction practice.

I think that this process really embodies what I believe to be Adult Child Recovery.

So this is a damn good book and this is a damn good interview.

So a few days ago, I received a message from a listener saying that she was in the midst

of her adult child bottom that she was in a lot of pain.

Now, I've received a bunch of these messages and my response is always the same.

I'm so sorry that you were in pain, but at the same time, I'm really excited for you

because of what lies ahead.

Learning that we're an adult child and learning that recovery is possible is such a huge

blessing because of what is possible, of what can happen the way in which our lives

can transform.
