We start to reassess goals. And I always ask people, what is the goal that you're most

we would like to be. So that's it. I mean, like, if you think about it, what's a big goal you

want to achieve right now? Whatever hits your gut, whatever comes to you right away, say that.

Weight loss, health transformation, relationship goals, spirituality, career, finances, name one.

Like, where is it? Then, name it clearly.
