goes back to a podcast that I did many, many years ago, probably one of the first to do on the Cabral

concept with mindset and motivation. And the reason, it goes back to something called the slight edge.

Now, a lot of us believe that our goals are these monumental, huge mountains that we need to

But truthfully, every single goal is typically broken up into much smaller tasks.
