Summary
Hello and welcome back to Private Parts, the podcast where nothing is off limits.
We are back with another Friday episode for you all to enjoy. This week, Jamie is joined by table tennis champ turned singing sensation, Zak Abel.
Zak shares his story about nearly losing his hearing aged 21, the impact this had on his mental health and how this affected his ability to sing. He also shares his wisdom with Jamie about how he’s learned to accept his ear condition.
As well as this, he tells Jamie about his past life as a table tennis champ when he was a teenager, and how he was only able to connect with himself through music and exactly what happened when he got THAT call up to perform at the King Charles III Coronation Concert.
Zak’s tour begins in October. To get tickets, please click here.
