Summary
If you had your absolute dream opportunity show up in front of you today, would you be ready for it? Or have you unintentionally been keeping yourself and your business small, waiting for some arbitrary time in the future where you'll feel more ready, or when someone else will validate that you're enough? This is something that came up for me recently when my name was being tossed around for a huge speaking opportunity, and I had the chance to fulfill a major dream of mine.
I didn't land the gig, but it made me realize that I need to make myself more visible and chase what I know I was put on this earth to do. I discuss overcoming the fear of being perceived as 'too much' or 'full of yourself,' and share a really great way to reframe those thoughts that my friend Patrice Washington came up with.
