Why don't you give our audience a little bit of background on you, Naomi, so they can get to know you better?

So as Pat mentioned, my name is Naomi Finlay. I work in the home staging industry in

Australia and I'm originally actually from health sciences. So I grew up on the East Coast of Australia and worked in the

health care system in medical science for many many many years before

following my real estate and staging passion and leaving the mothership of medicine and coming across to the

home staging industry. So we have a bricks and mortar business on the East

Coast of Australia where we work in partnership with agents and

with clients or vendors as well as property investors when they're selling or having

their homes valued and we also have an online

education platform on Naomi Finlay.com which works with people all around the country

and all around the world on how to prepare their homes
