So I have talked a lot about career transitions,

even my own career evolution

and really just highlighting a lot of other people's transitions in their personal and professional lives.

So it's time that I thought I would bring on an expert and someone who deals with this on a daily

basis.

I have Matt Cantner on today's podcast episode. He is the

talent director of marketing and brand creative at Creative People and I feel like

it's not quite comprehensive enough to say that creative people is a recruitment firm,

though they are and they do focus on growth stage companies from Series A to Series D.

But you will see from today's conversation with

Matt that creative people really does partner with their clients as well as

the candidates in creating the right relationships and partnerships.

And I know from personal experience even that they really do try to get to know each

candidate to ensure that they're placing people where they're most aligned.

Over the years I've been in communication with so many different firms,
