Hey, everybody. We got a great one today, and it's, boy, it's getting tense. Now, this show

drops on Sunday, and so you're probably maybe listening to it a couple days before election day. Now, about six days ago,

Justice Brett Kavanaugh issued an opinion in a 5-3 Supreme Court ruling that barred Wisconsin

election officials from counting mail-in ballots that had been received after election

day, even though they had been postmarked on or before November 3rd. In his opinion, Kavanaugh wrote

that states counting those ballots would create chaos and suspicion of impropriety that can ensue if

thousands of absentee ballots flow in after election day and potentially flip the results of the

election. That's what he wrote. Except as Justice Elena Kagan pointed out, there are no results to flip until all the valid votes are counted,

and that nothing could be more suspicious or improper than refusing to tally votes that come in after the clock strikes midnight.

By not allowing the votes of people who followed the law and cast their ballot by election

day, Kavanaugh wasn't being a Supreme Court justice.

He was being a Republican political operative in a costume.

Because he knows that as Justice Kagan responded, there's no result until you count all the

votes of the people who legally voted by Election Day.

But of course, Kavanaugh knows that more Democrats are voting by mail because, well, we believe

in science. And since COVID is now

peaking in Wisconsin, I think folks would like to use the mail to exercise their most fundamental

right as an American, a right that suckers and losers in our armed forces have fought and died for.

A lot of Wisconsinites don't want to risk getting sick and maybe end up dying alone, suffocating while thinking,

man, I wish Kavanaugh let me vote by mail.

It is your right.

It is your right to vote by casting a legal ballot by mail.
