You guys welcome to another episode of beyond the blinds. It is me Troy McKity and Kelly Williams and I'm really excited for today's episode because I love talking shit about this woman.

I just love talking shit about somebody that I feel deserves to have shit talked about them. And we were talking about Miss Christina Aguilera today. Kelly, what are your thoughts about Christina? Just general.

So I was thinking about how Christina was introduced to me and all I remember is my mom being like I can deal with you liking Britney Spears but Christina Aguilera is too much.

Like the strict music video was the only music video my mom ever said to turn off. Yeah. And I always thought she was the bad girl.

Yeah, I always refer to her as like she's like Britney's cousin from Pennsylvania that smokes and drinks wine coolers.

We all have that cousin if you don't you're the cousin exactly very much that. Yeah, it's it's complicated me and Christina it'll always be complicated.

But I do think she has one of the best voices of all time. I will say that.

For sure. I think she's the best voice to come out of our generation. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I just I don't have like deep thoughts about her. It just kind of I remember my mom being like you can like Britney not Christina. She is too much shown too much skin. Yeah.

That's all I really can think of Christina's silly because she's like I don't know it's like Christina's not a great person.

She's like very mean and she just leaves a trail of bodies wherever she goes and that's so much about what we're going to read about today is just like all the people in the industry that are like that girl is fucking evil.

But at the same time like you said her talent cannot be denied and I also think like as far as like the stripped air goes.

I think that album is like so important and like that time period is like so fucking important and I think way more of the girls are inspired by Christina than they maybe care to say or whatever but you never really hear Christina is like people's influence.

I think like if you look at bangers that was so much more stripped than it was like a Britney thing.

Yeah, I would say the only one is probably Demi. Demi has always spoken really highly about Christina and they remind me of each other because they're both so unlikable but so talented.

But Demi Demi can be funny and interviews. It's just recent Demi that has been difficult to like.

Yeah, I think that they're each other's counterpart. Yeah think Demi graduated from the Christina school of pop star.

And Christina stint on the voice did not help anything for her to be you know a more likable person.

Christina's we there's so many voice blinds there's actually a lot of Demi blinds like this is going to be a very and there's a you guys there's a ton of Christina angular blind items like there are so many.

Like I had to weed through them because they were they did get a little repetitive but she's just people like to write blind items about Christina so it's going to be a hell of an episode.
