Hey everyone and welcome to Wire Talk with Karen Stubbs. I'm your host today and

I'm here with the lovely Karen herself. How you doing today Karen?

I'm doing great. How about you, Sunny? I'm doing good. Just got a phone call

that they're about to start finishing my basement.

Yay! As they remodel my bathroom, even as we speak.

So friends, if you hear some random like banging somewhere, we're fine. Yeah. We're fine.

Yes.

There's just some like construction going on downstairs.

And I told Sunny, like I can't let the workers go because if I let them go they won't be back for six months.

Yeah. And I have to get my bathroom

back I hear you yeah tall guy is here today so he's my favorite person in the

whole wide world excellent and though my plumber and I are getting pretty close to.

He's been out twice and is it going to be out another time.

Well, that's what they're starting at our house today, is plumbing and electrical.

Well, some, we have some drainage issues that we've got to discuss

on the outside before they can really do anything on the inside, but so we have

spent the last week and a half emptying our basement purging. We got a dumpster. you ever need a dumpster and you're in the local

Atlanta area please call dump daddy they are awesome awesome so we got the biggest dumpster

that they had to offer and fill that sucker to the top.
