Today, mental health professional Debbie Causey joins us to talk about her own journey as the mother of a child with mental health conditions. today is a little bit different spin for us. We like to be very practical, which most of our moms know.

But today takes on kind of a new level of practicality.

Yeah. And we want to kind of tell our moms that today is a little bit of a heavier topic than what we typically do.

And today's topic is geared moms for some of our older kids.

We're talking like pre-teen, three teenage kids, okay, for our moms and our and our kiddos.
