He has always been considered one of the best wrestlers, ever, but he never sticks around any promotion long enough to be the backbone, due to his constant drug/alcohol problems, and his general outright refusal to get help, even when his high paying job is on the line. He crashes, he paints himself, he can be a walking disaster! It's Jeff Hardy!!
