Hi, I'm Arnie Wausman with Jesse Chappas from the Ultimate Health Podcast.

0:09.2

Welcome back to another Focus Friday, where we give you short bursts of information and inspiration to set

0:14.9

your weekend off on the right foot. And today we're going to talk about the chemicals you're

0:20.6

exposed to day to day and how you can manage them or at least try your best to minimize your exposure to them.

0:28.0

And even people like us and like you who are trying to live a healthier lifestyle, There are so many different chemicals out there in today's modern world,

0:35.6

so it's not about being perfect, but it's about assessing your situation and seeing how you can better it.

0:46.1

Yeah, it's unfortunate that sometimes we just can't avoid certain chemicals no matter how cleanly we're living.

0:49.2

0:55.3

we're eating them.

0:56.6

1:19.1

to handle it so I think it's a little bit of a negative relationship there where you know there's just so many chemicals in our environment and our body

1:27.4

Just has known what to do with them and I am certainly one of those people I can smell perfume from a mile away. I can be in a restaurant. I can be in a

1:36.3

movie theater wherever it is. And I can just smell even detergent on someone. And my stomach

1:42.2

turns, my head turns turns I get such a bad

1:44.9

headache Jesse knows this I have to like literally put my hand or my coat or whatever

1:48.8

I'm wearing over my nose or I just remove myself from the situation.

1:52.5

And there's probably a lot of you listening that can relate to that

1:55.3

because as I said it's very common.
