What is up great so thanks so much for joining me today in the studio super pumped for this

episode because it's with my good friend Travis Brewer. Now if you don't know who Travis

is, in my mind he has the most inspiring Instagram account because of all the cool images

he is posting. He's got him running off of palm trees and the sunset doing backflips

off these palm trees, doing huge swim sweeping windmills off of rings and bars and Venice

beach and really just creating some amazing things. How he's able to move his body, flip

through the air and create a visual poetry is astonishing to me and it's always cool

to watch gymnast type athletes see what they can do with their bodies. I'm a tall bigger

guy. I'm 6'4", 2.25 and it's a stretch to really flip in the air and twist my body

in the ways that some of these gymnasts do and Travis is amazing again. He's an Ultimate

Ninja Warrior. He does parkour, he does bar calisthenics. He's a former gymnast. He's a

Reebok athlete and he's also a lifestyle clothing designer. I've got actually one of his shirts

on right now. I wear his clothes pretty much in every workout in CrossFit, basketball

or whatever I'm doing. Amazing stuff with this guy's creating and I bring Travis on to

kind of talk about his lifestyle and his positive impact that he has in what he does every

single day and what his mission is. It's pretty cool what he's up to and how he inspires

the world through I guess poetry and motion is what I would say through him actually creating
