University podcast. Today I have on an extraordinary guest. All of my guests are wonderful and

lovely, but this is one of my true best friends. My soul sister,

Tiana Gidley, we met honestly, I think it was like the second or third week that I moved to

Nashville and we were pretty much like, do you want to be best friends? And from that moment on,

we have been, we have been besties. She is the friend that I can always call for anything, no matter what's going on in my life. And she always just gets it. She meets me there. She can go there with me. Everyone needs a Tiana in their life. She is someone who is such an eloquent speaker, which you guys are about to hear.

She sends out these curated newsletters every week that are literally like poetry. I mean,

she's just, she's an incredible writer. She's so multi-talented that I just need you guys to know

her. She's a writer. She's created and founded Tiana Gidley Creative,

which is a creative initiative all about helping other creatives launch their vision and bring

their brand to life. And her mission is helping people get clarity. She always does these incredible,

she designed my website and we did a brand intensive together. That's something else I need

to bring her back on to talk more about the brand intensive process. But she just makes

someone feel so seen, so heard and so understood. So getting clarity is her specialty.

She's very energetically gifted.

I feel that's another reason we have been divinely placed together in each other's lives.

And she created a journal, which we're going to talk about in this episode as well,

like our journal practice and how that looks and how it's evolved over the years. But I'm going to go ahead and link that journal in the show notes. Tiana is just a true

renaissance woman and she is also my friend that inspires me to ask thoughtful questions at
