Hello and welcome to episode 319 of the Mindful Kind podcast and the second episode in the

0:29.7

Relationships mini-series. If you haven't listened to the previous episode about managing

0:35.4

I feel like I intentionally spend more quality

1:46.6

time with my loved ones. I'm a better listener, I'm less distracted, and I just generally feel

1:52.6

1:58.1

relationships and I hope that you enjoy trying these out. Tip one is to develop habits that help you spend quality time with the people you care about.
