There's a lot of people listening that they haven't even heard of the term biohacking, which I know you breathe, sleep and eat this, but can you explain from your mind like why you even got into that, why you created that? you really coined that term. So can you help us understand what that means to you?

Biohacking is a movement with millions of people doing it that started 11 years ago. And the definition,

by the way, it's now in Miriam Webster's Dictionary is a new word in our language and my name is
