We are still hearing stories about kids and people with disabilities being excluded.

We need to change that.

I am bringing a conversation I had the opportunity to have last week in Paris to the feed,

and that is with the ever-lovely Sarah Reinhardson. You may follow her over on Instagram,

over at her account, at Always Try. She's a Paralympian. She is also the first

female amputee to finish the World Iron Man Championships in Kona. And what is so inspirational

about this story is that not only was she the first female amputee to do so, but she did it on her second try.

She went to Kona in 2004, didn't make the cutoff for the bike, which she tells us this story today,

and then had the tenacity, audacity, and strength and courage and will to persevere,

show up again in 2005 and crush that race.

I am so inspired by Sarah.

Like I said, we had the opportunity to connect last week during the Paralympics.

We were both at Nike's headquarters there to talk about a new initiative that they have

upcoming that is called Game On.

So basically what Game On is, I'll break it down.
