Hello, my favorite people. Welcome back to the Balance Blonde podcast, Solon Fire.

I'm so happy that you're here. Today, your favorite guest is back on the show, Jonathan Allbract,

my husband, the most requested guest of all time. Every time he comes on, the episodes go viral.

I don't know how he does it, but he's just himself and everybody loves to hear from him.

He's hilarious and amazing. And today, we're talking all about soulmates,

love languages, parenthood, love in general, marriage, etc. Which is something that you

guys have wanted us to touch on for a long time. Also, our differences. I'm a very spiritual person.

He's not outwardly obsessed with the cosmos and astrology and all the things that I am.

So we discussed that in this episode and kind of what that looks like for us.

And a big topic that we talk about is the anxiety that I've been experiencing this year.

How challenging that has been. I've talked about that in some solo episodes. So definitely go

back and listen to those if you're curious to hear more about how severe this anxiety had gotten

this year and what that has looked like for me. But in this episode, we talk about him and how it's

affected him or the ways in which it hasn't affected him. How he's dealt with it, how he supports me,

how it's been feeling for him, especially now that we are parents to an almost one and a half

year old, which is crazy. So we're doing some updates on what that's like, fatherhood,

parenthood and kind of our relationship dynamic now that we are a whole family.
