and today we're talking about workout structure, how I personally structure my workouts.

So the way I structure my workouts is I am trying to train each body part

intensely and frequently. Intensely and frequently. Now, intensely means proximity to failure.

Within a rep of failure is usually what I do. I usually do a zero RIR. Rarely do I do one in the

tank. Sometimes I do depending on how I feel, but the goal is to train upper and lower body

frequently. So currently I'm doing an upper lower type split. Sometimes on an in-between day,

I'll do some forearms, maybe calves, maybe I'll do some mobility in-between.

I've been training every other day.

Yesterday I did some forearms and delts, but I did up or by the day before.

I just didn't do deltoids directly.

So I did two sets of cable lateral raises yesterday yesterday the day after, and I did one set of

single arm cable posterior deltoid. I'm just trying different things, but I'm generally doing in every
