Hello, you are listening to Sigma Nutrition Radio. We're at episode 314 of the podcast. And as ever,

0:09.2

I am Danny Lennon. Thank you for taking the time to listen into the podcast today. And as you're

0:14.8

probably aware by the podcast title, we're doing a Q&A episode today and one that is quite overdue. Back in episode 300

0:24.0

was the last Q&A episode. And at that time, I'd actually, when I'd put out the call for questions,

0:30.6

a lot of various different questions came in and we decided to split them up into ones that were

0:36.4

quite random, which is what we ended up answering in episode 300, all random stuff, not necessarily related to nutrition, but more just things that people seemed interested in about me or my thoughts on stuff.

0:49.5

And then we kept a lot of the nutrition specific questions for a later date, which is finally

0:55.3

upon us.

0:56.6

So I have a fair list of questions to try and get through.

1:02.0

Given the time constraints, I'm not sure how many of these I'll be able to get into, but

1:08.7

I will do my best.

1:10.2

And so thank you for everyone who did submit a question.

1:13.7

I'll try and give a decent amount of detail, but obviously not go so in depth that we limit

1:20.4

it to only a few questions because really the questions were actually really good. And each of

1:26.7

these could probably be a full hour of me

1:29.2

talking in detail if we were to do a full episode on them so instead i'll try and give an overview

1:34.2

and try and stick specifically to the question that was asked rather than a general ramble about

1:42.0

the topic that was brought up so that will be my aim and I'm going to try and

1:46.8

get through as many as I can. If you want to ask a question for a future Q&A episode, what we've

1:55.1

actually set up now is that you can submit your question via a voice note directly on the Sigma

2:00.7

nutrition website. So you will actually be featured via a voice note directly on the Sigma Nutrition website.

2:01.5

So you will actually be featured on a future episode. So if you go to sigmautrition.com
