The Department of Justice tells Wolf it won't be investigating P.A.'s handling of nursing homes

during the pandemic. That's right, the Department of Justice seems to be covering up for

Pennsylvania, New York and all these other states that seem the massive increase in nursing

home debts after they forced nursing homes to admit COVID-19 patients into their facilities.

So the Department of Justice, I think is ironic that I called right at the same time.

The Department of Justice Governor Tom Wolf's office on Thursday said it decided not to open

an investigation into whether Pennsylvania violated federal law by ordering nursing homes to accept

the residents who had been treated for COVID-19 in a hospital. The letter comes 11 months

and the department told the guppiners of Pennsylvania, Michigan, New Jersey, New York that

wanted to inform information to determine whether orders there may have resulted in thousands of

deaths of the elderly in nursing home residents. The one-page letter from Steven H. Rossum-Bam,

chief of the Department of Legislative Litigation, section said that it had reviewed information

supplied by Pennsylvania as well as additional information available to the department.

Michigan received an identical letter. Phil Murphy's office once said it has not received one
