0:32.9	Thank you. Hello, everyone. Welcome to Latter Day Struggles. This is your host, Valerie. And I am really excited today, actually, to have four people with me who are near and dear to my heart. They have all been or are currently in one of my growth and processing groups.
0:59.8	And because we have been talking about the healing experience of community,
1:04.0	I kind of thought it would be fun to actually have some people come and share their stories
1:09.9	of what their healing journey has been
1:12.6	and how it has been unique or maybe amplified because they chose to join a small community.
1:20.9	And as I've mentioned before, many times in this series, I think there's something incredibly
1:24.9	healing about community healing.
1:27.2	This doesn't have to be my Latter Day struggles communities, by the way. This is... I think there's something incredibly healing about community healing.
1:30.7	This doesn't have to be my Latter Day struggles communities, by the way.
1:33.7	This is fundamental to the nature of humanity. But I also have noticed that there are incredible moments that I get to participate in and witness as I facilitate these groups.
1:42.5	And I want you to hear the stories of at least a handful of people
1:46.7	who have participated in or are participating in this experience. And so I am going to be
1:52.4	introducing you to each of these four individuals. And as luck would have it, coincidentally,
1:57.4	this happens to be two couples. And so I invited them on this particular episode.
