0:09.8	One, those who pretend they don't exist or who simply don't know the power of them yet.
0:15.4	Two, those who slap a couple random hashtags at the end of their captions for kicks like

0:23.9	And three, those who max out their hashtags with a full on list of strategized optimized engagement driven tags on their posts.

0:32.7	And if I'm really being honest, I've fallen into each of those camps before.
0:37.1	Now, you all know as a true fan of maximizing my impact in social media strategy,
