You can't fly back into the country right now without taking a test, and you can't fly

even walking through the airports without wearing a mask.

So these things are in place, and there are many groups, including mine, preparing litigation,

preparing to challenge these in the courts, because it's not legal, it's simply not legal.

And what's really interesting is that there have been two cases that went to the Supreme

Court in the last three or four months, which actually are very, very favorable to us.

It's really open the door on this issue.

First was the Roman Catholic diocese against New York, or against Cuomo.

I can't remember who the actual defendant is.

But what happened was that Cuomo, you know, Governor Cuomo in New York was treating

the churches differently than he was treating everybody else.

And that's clearly not legal.

And there's nothing in an emergency that says, you can treat the churches differently

than you can others.

And so they sued.

And the Supreme Court found on behalf of the church and said, listen, essentially,

the Constitution is not suspended in a pandemic.

It's not suspended in an epidemic.

You can't do something like this.

You cannot treat people differently.

But they went further.

And Gorsuch, Justice Gorsuch, wrote a concurrent opinion in which he stated that what's been
