I hope you're all doing well and staying safe, because I know these are crazy times.

Now I know that it can be a lot to handle sometimes so do not forget to take care of

For me, writing my experiences out is helped me to process my past more, both the good and

bad parts.

I have kept a lot of intense things to myself or in my journals, and it has been good to get

some of those things heard by such a wide audience.

My family and loved ones help by listening to me, but it is different than thousands of people hearing me out.

It also makes me happy to be able to educate others, so hopefully you guys are also learning when you are listening to these letters.

Anyway, I am not done teaching yet, so I hope you are ready for more.
