0:08.4

ideas for action and tools to try out that we hope will help you and pretty much always us

0:13.5

to navigate our squiggly careers with a bit more confidence, clarity and control.

0:18.4

And this week we are talking about how to have a portfolio career,

0:22.8

which is a topic inspired by some work we're doing with a department of education all around

1:18.2

1:24.0

points in the career ladder. So I think one of the things that we've got to do with this idea of portfolio careers

1:28.9

is sort of unlearn that that's what a portfolio career looks like.

1:33.9

And in its simplest definition, I think it's probably,

1:36.8

how are you spending the hours that you work every week?

1:40.5
