Now, when it comes to creating a successful career within the health and fitness industry,

there may not have been ever a better time to do so, given the abundance of information

and opportunities that were now afforded by what's available on the internet, as well as ability

to reach people that we are hoping to help. However, paradoxically, we see incredibly high turnover rates within the health and fitness industry,

people that are trying to make careers and not being able to do so either completely

or at the level that they would wish to at least.

And then on the other side, we see countless examples of people

trying to make a quick buck out of people in an unethical fashion that quickly fizzles out.

So to make a true career in health and fitness industry, and by that, I mean actually helping

people over a prolonged period of time in a manner that is doing good for them and is also

allowing you to have a successful living that you can make from it as well, we need to overcome

a number of different obstacles all the way from practical and logistical issues up to more

psychological and planning issues. And so having a defined blueprint or plan ahead of time of how we can actually navigate this would be incredibly useful.

And I think a lot of times many of us end up working this out through trial and error,

but hopefully there are some ways to skip through having to learn those

lessons for ourselves and be able to take it from wisdom of others. And so back on today's
