episode 305. So in over the last year or so a debate has erupted in the So over a thing called Christian nationalism.

There was Stephen Wolf's book, The Case for Christian Nationalism, there is, there was my book,

Mir Christendom, and one of the things that has started to come out in the ongoing debate over Christian nationalism is the attempt on the part

of some of Christian nationalism's opponents.

To say that Christian nationalism is playing with fire.

That fire being ethnic, what's commonly called racism but it's really ethnic

vane glory or ethnic animosity I think I'm reluctant to use the word racism because there's only one race, the human race.

But there are different ethnicities and tribes and clans and so on.

So the Navajo. tribes and clans and so on.

So the Navajo are an Ethnos,

biblically speaking, the Japanese are an Ethnos.

And the edges of one ethnic identity can be pretty blurry, so an American black could be far

more ethnically American than he is ethnically Nigerian.

So if a black American whose family has been here for centuries

is, if you took him over to Nigeria he's going to have the same

trouble fitting in that a white person would have he's going to have the same

trouble adapting because his ethnicity is American, not Nigerian.

So an ethnicity can have different colors, and an ethnicity can have all the same
