some huge things happening in my life, trying to buy our first home, launching episode 300

working on some really exciting projects for the future, and it's just all been really exciting

but also a bit intense. There have been some nights of bad sleep, lots of discussions about life,

a few big changes, and some pretty overwhelming stress sometimes.

I've really had to draw on a lot of my knowledge and strategies around stress management

and coping with change and uncertainty, and I'll be talking more about that really soon.

But on this episode, I thought I'd share one really interesting strategy that's been super

helpful for me

lately and that's finding calmness in the simple things. Sometimes, especially when you're

dealing with big life changes or higher levels of stress or anxiety, simplicity can be so important.

The easy routines and the quiet moments can help create a sense of calmness and

stability. Not only that, but when you're already feeling stressed out or overwhelmed, it can be

tough to think clearly and make good decisions. And that's why I think it can be helpful to keep

self-care really simple and straightforward. So in this episode, I thought I'd share some of the simple things in my life at the

moment that have helped me tap into calmness and manage stress during this more intense

season of my life.
