Man, when I think of pro rock guitarist, I think of Steve Stevens. Yeah. Right there you got Steve on a nylon string, probably a Godan nylon string with the band

Juno Reactor.

I have to do some kind of Spanish accent whenever I get a word like that.

Just pay respect to the Español because I'm here in Southern California.

But of course I'm throwing a curveball at you right there because Steve is best known for his rock

guitar textures.

Specific. Specifically, his rock guitar textures with Billy Idol, with whom he is a burning shredder, but he never has to show that, as you're going to find out.

I mean, he came from an acoustic background as a kid

playing like Leo Kaki and John Fahey and Reverend Gary Davis and all this stuff. You're

going to hear all about it, how he evolved that into the style that we know as Steve Stevens.
