Throughout the mid 90s and early 2000s, the bodies of over a dozen women began turning up all over Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Bond enforcement knew that they had a serial killer on their hands and the citizens of the city were terrified.

Good for a brief moment everyone's fears would subside because one woman would escape the killer and was able to reveal his identity.

As a man named Derek Todd Lee, DNA would connect him to seven different murders.

And with Lee behind bars, the people of Louisiana could finally rest easy or so they thought.

After Lee's arrest, the bodies of women continued to show up across the city.

In fact, investigators later discovered that within this 10 year period, there were five different serial killers operating in Baton Rouge.

But one in particular was especially heinous. He was abducting women, strangling them, cutting off their limbs, eating their body parts,

sexually assaulting their corpses, and dumping their bodies and feels. The killer was unassuming.

A man who, if passed on the street, you wouldn't give a second glance.

A man with no criminal history, and a terribly dark secret.
