encourage more legal immigration into this country? That question and that debate kicked off

during the Christmas holiday last week amongst Donald Trump's senior advisors and supporters

regarding a group of workers who come to this country legally on what is called an H-1B visa.

Mr. Trump announced on Saturday that he's actually a fan of that program and those workers,

quote, I've been a believer in H-1B, I have used it many times. It is a great program, end quote.

Well, that begs the question. What is this program? And is it really that great? And if so, for home?

Well, let's unpack what we know, starting with what kicked off this big debate last week.
